Free shipping for orders to Portugal

ORDER PROCESSING

Generally, all orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or promotions, this time may be slightly extended. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Portugal: Orders are delivered within 2 business days after shipment.
  • Other European countries: Orders are delivered within 5 business days after shipment.
  • Non-European countries: Orders are delivered within 5 business days after shipment.

 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for all orders to Portugal. 

For Europe, shipping is 18€ and for the rest of the world it's 25€.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

For information on returns, exchanges, or refunds, please refer to our Return Policy. We accept returns within 30 days, as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In case of an exchange, we will send the new product free of charge after the return is approved.
